The PT Garage is a newly renovated space where we offer bespoke lifestyle and wellness services. With 20 years’ experience in coaching hundreds and hundreds of clients from all corners of the world, both in person and online we have a proven track record of amazing life changing results.

Since the pandemic hit in 2020 it has flipped the fitness world upside down, where the larger gyms will be a thing of the past with a huge emphasis on boutique dedicated Personal Training facilities that will ensure the highest quality of professional service to members to have confidence in their training.
